What are the benefits of working with you?
Through my years in working with clients and firms, I’ve noticed that Revit is a program that tends to be misused. Most users attempt to use it like AutoCAD. This may seem like a good idea but I guarantee you that the little time you save by taking shortcuts upfront will cost you lots more in the backend when those (inevitable) changes are required. Working with me will guarantee you that your projects will be put together the right way which will read better graphically and require you to spend less time making changes in the future. Additionally, the added time will allow you to to spend your time doing the important things like managing your business, projects, and designing!
Is my project too small for you?
Even if all you need is a custom template or family, I’m happy to assist you with that!
What’s your rate?
The rate is highly dependent on the complexity of your project. As a rule of thumb, you can expect a range between $50 - $85 per hour. Request a free quote at infopharc@gmail.com to narrow that number down!
I’ve decided to hire you. What are the next steps?
After we’ve decided what your project goals are, we’ll agree on a timeline and project completion date. I’ll give you updates on the project progress in the form of email attachments and/or shared folder updates. This will give you peace of mind that your work is being completed with quality in mind. I’ll, of course, be a phone call away when questions or comments arise.
